Carryvac is a portable suction fan that comes complete with filter (6 m2 filter surface) and 3 m suction hose. Carryvac is advantageously used as a complement to fixed smoke extraction installations, or for temporary/mobile work. This is a handy suction fan where great emphasis has been placed on flexibility and which, weighing 16 kg, can easily be placed near the workplace. Carryvac works very well both with PSF Centrovac guns and standard suction nozzles. The air is purified up to 99.7% and the solid particles are captured by a filter that is packaged in the best way for hygienic handling. The filter has a capacity of approx. 200 kg of solid wire. An indicator light shows when the filter should be changed. With Carryvac, heated air is not sucked out of the room unnecessarily. Carryvac is supplied in two versions, with or without automatic start and stop (AST). The AST function means that the fan only sucks during welding and a short time afterwards, which saves filters and increases the service life.

FilterCart Original:
Mobile filter unit for light welding and extraction applications. Supplied with original extraction arm with or without integrated spotlight for optimal user-friendliness. If a greater reach is required, the 3 m long arm is recommended.
FilterCart Carbon:
Mobile filter unit specially designed for extraction of solvents, vapors and other gaseous contaminants. Supplied with standard extraction arm 2 m and can be equipped with HEPA filter for maximum effect.

Efficient and mobile smoke extraction with 3 m flexible extraction arm equipped with Ø 160 mm extraction hood. Suitable for extracting and filtering all kinds of smoke and dust in industrial applications (not intended for explosive dust). Equipped with an N24 fan for a maximum air flow of 1000 m³/h (600CFM). Housing made of rotationally molded plastic. Integrated silencer that reduces the noise from the fan and exhaust air. The unit has a filter monitoring system with indication when the air flow is too low. User-friendly and superior filter cleaning, mechanical and/or with compressed air for longer filter life. Automatic damper that prevents dust from leaking out during cleaning. Dust-free replacement of the filter cartridge and emptying of the collection container. Equipped with 2 large fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels with brakes for easy transport and movement. The machine is supplied with a polyester filter cartridge but can also be supplemented with a HEPA filter for additional protection from harmful particles. The hood can be equipped with lighting (accessory). Tested by a third party for welding fumes according to category W3 and EN15012-1.
